We are a small martial arts organisation based in Cornwall, UK.

We teach modern self-defence and traditional Hapkido.  I run my academy out of Tregorrick leisure centre and have a small private studio where I teach private lessons. I also work in the commuting teaching short courses and seminars to local youth groups, schools, women's and community groups as well as occasional corporate events. 

I am 52 years old with nearly 40 years martial arts experience and over 25 years of teaching. I hold senior black belts and instructors qualifications in a number of styles and systems including ; Hosinsul, Hapkido, Taekwon-Do, krav maga and kung-fu.  I have also trained in  Judo and Jiujitsu and actively cross train whenever possible. 

We are a friendly and accessible community club focused on personal development and self protection of you and those around you.  No egos,  non competetive environment suitable for all ages and experience from complete beginners to experienced martial artists. I don't claim to be the best but I hope to get the best out of our members. 

We're honoured to be associated with the JJGF as an educational self-defence academy.
